Richardson Capital Limited is a private equity arm of Richardson Financial Group Limited specializing in expansion and transition capital to later stages in middle market companies. It does not invest in real estate companies.

We bring a depth of wisdom and guidance that comes from having managed many of the challenges of growth, development, and transition that confront today's entrepreneurs and managers. Strategy

Our investment philosophy and partnership approach to building long term value remains a cornerstone for the Firm. JRSL has extensive experience as a private equity partner and is a highly successful lead investor of expansion capital for a number of Canadian growth companies in such diverse sectors as medical devices, biotechnology, aerospace, railway infrastructure, telecommunications and alternative energy.

This is the same approach we bring to Richardson Capital. Hartley Richardson, President & Chief Executive Officer of JRSL, is a key member of our management team along with other highly experienced individuals who have worked with Hartley and the Richardson family for decades.

In addition to their extensive financial, transactional and capital markets expertise, the principals of Richardson Capital bring considerable experience as builders and operators of businesses in a broad range of industry sectors. As a result, we are uniquely positioned to assist and support strong Canadian companies in need of capital to expand or to transition ownership.
