About
We have a long history of financing and acquiring technology companies.
Since 1987, we raised and invested $500+ million in more than 50 technology companies based in the US and Canada.
We have learned the value of a clean exit when an investment doesn’t work out. After the financial crisis, we were forced to shutter several promising portfolio companies because we could not find the capital to keep growing them or a strategic or value buyer to take them over.
As a result, we established a captive India-based offshore services provider to acquire software companies that find themselves in a similar situation – having created some value but with no way to harvest it.
We pride ourselves in being straight forward, transparent, and fast – the way we would want to be treated when we are in the position of the directors/founders seeking a reliable exit.
