Trylon-TSF-
Trylon-TSF engineers and manufactures a full range of communication towers with more than 50,000 installed towers in over 30 countries. The company also builds and maintains wireless communications infrastructure, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness. Trylon-TSF is known for providing integrated, turnkey solutions and is active in North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Central and Latin America and Asia. Ultra-Fit Manufacturing-
Ultra-Fit Manufacturing Inc. is a tube bending and fabricating company founded in 1982. Ultra-Fit served only the automotive aftermarket exhaust market until its acquisition by Arva in 1998. Since then, with the support of Arva, Ultra-Fit has expanded and diversified to serve new markets, including OEM exhaust and other OEM engine components, office furniture manufacturing, automotive performance and accessories. Ultrafit's manufacturing processes include CNC Tube Bending, CNC Wire Bending, Robotic and Manual Welding, CNC Plate Fabricating in a variety of materials ranging from carbon to stainless steel. MLL Telecom-
MLL Telecom specializes in providing fully managed networks to service providers, system integrators and the public sector. MLL delivers the best in lifetime design, using the optimum combination of fixed and wireless technologies. MLL Telecom is a licensed UK operator and owns wireless spectrum across the UK. Its wireless backhaul customers range from telecom giants to small ISPs. From this beginning MLL has expanded its service offerings to include the design, deployment and end to end management of dedicated wide area broadband networks comprising wireless circuits integrated with other transmission infrastructure. Its network customers include carriers, value added resellers and public bodies. Arva together with Harrowston Investments (now Birch Hill Equity Partners II) acquired a significant minority interest in MLL Telecom in 2000. That interest was subsequently increased.
