Fulcrum Capital Partners investment parameters and style have remained largely unchanged for close to two decades, providing them important insights into the needs, structures, channels and strategies of the lower-middle market companies in which they invest.

Fulcrum invests in manufacturing, services, distribution and logistics, consumer products and a number of other industries. The companies they invest in typically have enterprise values ranging from $40 million to $150 million.

They have raised and invested over $900 million in 50 platform companies. Their investments cover Canadian geography and span a diverse range of industries.

They are currently investing out of their fifth private equity fund, with $350 million in committed capital.
